Unable to upload\download files\removable disk not found on computer?
Please check whether the Type-C data cable is damaged and whether the
connection is correct.
Check whether the micro SD card is damaged, please try to replace it with a
different computer.
Please remove all batteries, wait 3 minutes and then reinstall them in the
camera.
Has water entered the product?
Please remove all batteries and let the product air dry for more than 24
hours before trying to use it again.

Solar power not charging?
The surface of the solar panel is covered with dust. Please clean the surface
of the solar panel regularly.
The charging temperature of solar panels is 0℃ - +50℃. The charging
capacity of solar panels is related to the intensity of sunlight, exposure time
and ambient temperature.
SD card error" displayed?
Please format the micro SD card on the computer first, and then format it
and insert it into the camera (SD card class 10 or higher, maximum 128GB).
Is the playback stuck?
Check whether the memory card is an expanded memory card (virtual
label memory card)
