Setting the freezer compartment temperature
Figure 4 shows the freezer temperature knob.
The temperature of the freezer compartment can be controlled by turning the knob as follows:

Without making any changes to the refrigerator compartment control panel, if you turn the
freezer temperature knob clockwise, the temperature in the refrigerator compartment will
decrease and the temperature in the freezer compartment will increase.
Without making any changes to the refrigerator compartment control panel, if you turn

the freezer temperature knob counterclockwise, the temperature in the refrigerator
compartment will increase and the temperature in the freezer compartment will decrease.

It is advisable to set the temperature knob to the middle position. If you want to lower
the freezer temperature, turn the knob counterclockwise (note that the temperature in the
refrigerator compartment will rise as you do so). When the freezer has reached the desired
temperature, be sure to return the knob to the middle position.
The refrigerator compartment control panel and the temperature knob must be used in
combination as follows:

It is recommended to set both the refrigerator compartment control panel and the freezer
temperature knob to an intermediate position.
The refrigerator or freezer temperature can be adjusted if the room temperature changes.

When the room temperature is above 35 °C, do not set either the refrigerator compartment

or the freezer compartment to the coldest mode.

If you notice that the refrigerator temperature is not cold enough, choose mode 3 in the
refrigerator control panel and the freezer compartment temperature knob to the middle
position.

If the Fast Cooling mode is activated, set the freezer temperature knob to the middle
position.
Fast Cooling
If you activate this mode, the refrigerator compartment temperature will drop quickly, ensuring
that the food retains its nutrients and does not lose its freshness.
NOTE: this mode will be automatically deactivated after 26 hours from its activation. When this
happens, the refrigerator compartment temperature that was selected before activating this
mode will be restored.
Open door alarm
If the refrigerator door is left open for more than 3 minutes, an alarm will go off; to stop it,
press the SET button. If the door is still open after 3 minutes, the alarm will go off again. The
alarm sound will not stop until the door is closed.
