General informa on
• Always make sure that BOTH brakes are applied when entering or exi ng the wheelchair.
• Do not stand on the footrests when entering or exi ng the wheelchair.
• It is not allowed to transport more than one passenger. Wheelchairs are intended for a single user.
• Please make sure that clothes do not block the wheels of the stroller.
Upholstery
• Use warm soapy water to clean the upholstery.
• Upholstery cleaner / foam can also be used, but avoid the use of solvents.
• The wheelchair must be kept away from fi re sources that may injure the user and damage the wheelchair.
WARNING:
In case a serious incident that has occurred in rela on to the medical device, that directly or indirectly led, might have led or might lead to any of
the following:
a) the death of pa ent, user or other person,
b) the temporary or permanent serious deteriora on of a pa ent's, user's or other person's state of health,
c) a serious public health threat;
the above men oned serious incident should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user
and/or pa ent is resident;
WARNING:
In case any pain, allergic reac on or other worrying symptoms, unclear for the user which have occurred in rela on to the medical device, the user
should consult a healthcare professional;
ATTENTION: It is forbidden to use the product other than in accordance with its intended purpose
NOTE: Before use, check that all components are properly assembled.

NOTE: There may be a risk of pping over if the product is used improperly. Please follow the boarding / dismoun ng / moving instruc ons.
ATTENTION: During use and handling of the product, as well as during its assembly and adjustment of mechanisms, there may be a risk of entrapment
and / or pinching of body parts of the user / accompanying person in the openings / gaps between the elements. These steps must be performed with
extreme cau on. A er comple ng the adjustment, stabilize the posi on by ghtening the nuts / bolts carefully
NOTE: It is forbidden to stand on the footrests as this can lead to a dangerous fall and injury.
Composi on:
Frame: aluminum
Seat: polyurethane, polyethylene; 1.5 cm thick
Armrests: polyurethane; 3 cm thick
Backrest: polyurethane, polyethylene; 2 cm thick
Wheels: PU
Preparing for use
Hold the handle and unfold the rear connector un l you hear a dis nc ve sound. Holding the armrests, pull them away from you. With your fi ngers
inward, keeping your hand on the frame, push downward un l the seat is fully lowered. Make sure the frame is fi rmly seated in the holder.
Use
1. Unfolding
Lay the wheelchair on its side, then insert the quick release wheel to remove the axle, do the same with the other wheel. (fi g. 1)
Place the wheelchair in front of you, push it outwards against the armrests. Press with your hands from above on the side struts of the seat to unfold
them completely. Make sure that the sides of the seat are res ng fi rmly on the plas c joints. Otherwise, components may be damaged. (fi g. 2)
Then mount the footrests on the sides, fold them forward un l they stop in the right place. (Figures 3 and 4)
