Inspec on and maintenance
Before driving, be sure to check the following items. If any malfunc ons are found, contact your dealer for an addi onal inspec on of your wheelchair
before it is used.
• Check the brakes for wear and damage. Brake replacement or adjustment should be performed by an authorized service center.
• Check that the handgrips are undamaged and securely a ached.
• Before using the cart, check that all bolts and nuts are ghtened. Check all parts for wear and replace if necessary. Check the alignment of all
parts. Check the brakes for proper opera on.
• Wheels and res should be checked periodically for cracks and wear and, if necessary, replaced with new ones by an authorized service center.
Cleaning: To prolong the life of your stroller, it is recommended that you clean it periodically (preferably daily) especially if it is used in rainy or snowy
weather. We recommend that you do not use the stroller in rain or snow.
If you accidentally encounter rain while moving the stroller, it is advisable to fi nd shelter. If there is no possibility of fi nding shelter, proceed to the
des na on point.
Frame: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
Upholstery: To clean the upholstery, use warm soapy water, do not use solvents.
Shelf life
Based on the tests performed, the manufacturer indicates a 5-year shelf life of the medical device.
ATTENTION: When using and opera ng the wheelchair, there may be a risk of entrapment and / or pinching of body parts of the user / companion in
openings / gaps between the components. These steps must be performed with extreme cau on.
SAFE DISPOSAL OF THE MEDICAL DEVICE
When the device has been withdrawn from use it can be treated as municipal waist except for electric medical devices – in such case the electric
medical devices shall be disposed in the way descirbed by the law for electrical and electronic waste disposal.
