each time the grind size is changed; this procedure is de-
signed to eliminate the small amount of pre-ground coffee
present in the appliance.
If coffee machine delivery is slow, the coffee has been
ground too finely, whereas if it is too fast, the coffee has
been ground too coarsely. Many other factors may also af-
fect coffee delivery, including the amount of coffee, pres-
sing, espresso machine settings, cleanliness of the filters
and climatic conditions.
9.5 DOSING ADJUSTMENT
The appliance is equipped with digital dosing time adjust-
ment.
In the operating menu, press the DOSE button to choose
between single, double, triple (if active) or continuous (if
active) dosing.
To change the time of programmed doses, make sure that
the "PADLOCK" symbol is open; if it is not, press the DOSE
button for 3 seconds, then adjust the dose using the "+" or
"-" symbols.
Press the DOSE symbol for 3 seconds to return the "PA-
DLOCK" symbol to closed and prevent any time setting
modifications.
Please remember that every time you change the grind size
you must check that the quantity of ground coffee is still as
