To Turn The Tool On And Off
Press and hold the power/laser button for about 2 seconds to turn
on the tool.
WARNING
a position that may cause anyone to stare into the laser beam
intentionally or unintentionally. Serious eye injury could result.
To turn off the tool, press and hold the button for about 2 seconds.
NOTE:
The tool will automatically turn off to save battery power
after 5 minutes of inactivity, which is defined as the deviation (both
positive and negative) angle range not exceeding 0.5°. But it will be
an exception when the laser is turning on, in which condition, the
tool will work continuously until it is turned off or the batteries are
exhausted, even if the deviation angle range not exceeding 0.5°.
NOTE:
When the tool is in the digital levelling mode without laser,
the tool will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity. When
the laser is activated, the tool will not automatically turn itself off.
To Turn The Laser Line On And Off
The laser line may be turned on and off after the tool is turned on.
Press the power/laser button for no more than 1 second to turn on
or turn off the laser line.
NOTE:
The tool has an automatic LCD backlight feature. If the
backlight feature turns off automatically, press the power/laser
button for no more than 1 second:
Press the button once to turn on the LCD backlight.

Press the button twice to turn on or off the laser line.
•
The laser will be automatically activated when
the tool is turned on. DO NOT place the tool in
