OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Battery Installation

Use only "AAA" alkaline batteries
( included).
1. To open the battery cover,
unsnap the battery cover from
the bottom of the tool (Fig. 2).
2. Install two new "AAA" alkaline
batteries according to the
polarity indicators (+ or –) inside
the battery cover.
3. Snap the battery cover securely to close it.
NOTE:
Always turn off the tool before installing or replacing the batteries.

Remove the batteries from the tool when not using it for extended
•
periods.
The 2 AAA batteries should match each other in brand and type.
•
Do not mix old and new batteries.
•
Remove depleted batteries immediately, and dispose of them
•
according to the laws and regulations governing your community.
