Your pressure washer requires some assembly and is ready
for use only after it has been properly serviced with the
recommended oil and fuel.
If you have any problems with the assembly of your
pressure washer, please call the pressure washer helpline
at 1-800-222-3136.
IMPORTANT: Any attempt to run the engine before it has
been serviced with the recommended oil will result in an
engine failure.
Unpack the Pressure Washer
1.
Remove everything from carton except pressure washer.
2.
Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top
to bottom.
3.
Remove pressure washer from carton.

Become familiar with each piece before assembling the
pressure washer. Compare contents against the view on page

ASSEMBLING YOUR PRESSURE WASHER
Your Craftsman pressure washer was mostly assembled at
the factory. However, you will need to perform these tasks
before you can operate your pressure washer:
1.
Attach handle to main unit.
2.
Install wheel kit.
3.
Add oil to engine crankcase.
4.
Add fuel to fuel tank.
5.
Connect high pressure hose to spray gun and pump.
6.
Connect water supply to pump.
ASSEMBLY
Attach Handle
1. Place plastic adapters in hinges on handle extension as
shown.
NOTE: Make sure lip on plastic adapters is facing up in
hinges.
2. Clamp handle extension onto pressure washer handle
and insert T-bolts into holes of clamp. Tighten by hand.
Install Wheel Kit
The wheel kit is designed to greatly improve the portability of
your pressure washer.
NOTE: Wheel kit is not intended for over-the-road use.
Install the wheel kit as follows:
1.
Place the bottom of the pressure washer frame on a flat,
even surface, such as blocks to ease assembly.
2. Spread axle brackets apart and place over front vibration
mounts on the pressure washer frame as shown.
3. Squeeze axle brackets back to original shape.
