If you don't use the fryer regularly, to remove or liquid grease is advised. Preserve
oil or liquid grease in well closed containers, preferably in a refrigerator or in a fresh
place.

The fryer assures golden and not blacked out food without frying residues.
Do not fry food containing starch, especially potatoes or cereal based product, at
temperatures higher than 175°C to reduce acrylamide production to the minimum.
•
To obtain an optimal frying do not fill the bucket (10) more than half its capacity (1/4
and 1/2 is advised).
•
To empty oil from the container (9), operate as follows:
Wait for oil to cool down.

- Remove the lid (3) by holding it from the handle (4) (Fig. F5).
- Remove the resistor unit (6) from the appliance body (Fig. F5).
- Remove the container (9) from the appliance body paying attention to not drop oil
(Fig. F5).
- Place yourself on a sink and empty oil in a container.
Oil (or grease) that you use must NOT be disposed in the
sink, but collected and taken in appropriate and authorized
disposal centres (Fig. F6).
