8. No prolonged operation of the cutter-mixer at low speed is allowed.
9. If necessary, the product should be fed through the opening in the cover when the
cutter-mixer is in operation.
10. After sufficient grinding of the product press the stop button. If the cutter-mixer has
a
speed governor, install it in the "0" position and shut down the unit.
PS: The cutter-mixer operating cycle should not exceed 3 minutes. The time of
grinding depends upon the cookery task stated.

4.3 Sharpening
When getting blunt the knives shall be sharpened in accordance with the following
procedure:
1. Turn the press lever and remove the cover.
2. Take off the retainer of rotating knife.
3. Sharpen the knife over its whole length by processing its blade edge using a grinder
in the direction from the inside to the outside.
Chapter 5 Cutter-mixer care
5.1 General

The unit should be cleaned not less than once a day. If necessary, the cleaning interval
can be reduced.

It is necessary to clean elements, which, directly or indirectly, contact food products.
●
It is prohibited to use flowing water or water under high pressure for cleaning the
cutter-mixer. It is prohibited to use scrub brushes or devices, which can damage the
machine surfaces.
Before cleaning, it is necessary to perform the following:

Cut off power supply
●
Set the speed governor in the low speed position, "LOW".
5.2 Cleaning
5.2.1 Cleaning of cover, knife retainer and bowl
Turn the press lever, remove the cover — after that the knife retainer and the bowl
can be easily removed. Clean the above-listed elements using water and neutral detergent.
Note: It is recommended to wear protective gloves.
5.2.2 Daily care
Attention: It is obligatory to cut off power supply.
Clean the cutter-mixer housing with a cloth napkin soaked in neutral detergent. After
cleaning the unit should be wiped dry.
