Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the
contacts on the battery / rechargeable battery and in the
battery compartment before inserting!
Remove exhausted batteries / rechargeable batteries from
the product immediately .
˜ Preparing the product for use
Remove the battery from the box and the plastic wrapper .
Insert the battery into the battery compartment . Insert the
battery with the + contact first, and then push down the
– contact .
Replace the battery: see Fig . B .
˜ Operation
Setting the time
Turn the time setting knob 5 until the hands are in the desired
positions (see Fig . B) .
Setting the kitchen timer (see Fig. C & D)
Turn the timer control 3 clockwise to the 60 minutes
mark (
) .
Turn the timer control 3 in a counter-clockwise direction to
the desired time .
An alarm sounds when the set time has elapsed .
Separating the kitchen timer (see Fig. E & F)
Use a fingernail at the slot located at the bottom side of the
kitchen timer 3 and release it from its hold .
Grab the kitchen timer 3 with 2 fingers and pull it straight
forward out of the clock housing . The kitchen timer can be
operated independently now .
