anesthetic mixtures with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide.
16. Output power curves
The load (impedance) is the resistance of the toothpaste
and saliva medium through which the RF current flows. The
RF power is the rate per second at which the RF energy is
transferred by the RF generator into the impedance. During
brushing, the toothpaste density is changed, as the toothpaste
is foamed and mixed with saliva, this change in density changes
the impedance respectively. The curve shows the device RF
power (for all modes of operation) versus the toothpaste and
saliva medium impedance.
