6. Excess resin may be easily removed using an instrument. Connector should be U-shaped
(not V-shaped or pointed) and the size should be at least 4 X 5 mm.
7. Use a brush to apply a thin layer of the sealer. Do not paint sealer onto the model while
applying it to the Radica crown or bridge. If overlapped onto the model, the restoration
will be difficult to remove from the model after curing.
Note: Immediately clean the brush with acetone, or place the brush in a dark area.
8. Following the placement guidelines, put the restoration/model into the Enterra, Triad
2000, or the Eclipse Processing Unit, and do the INITIAL CURE according to Table 1.

9. For crowns, proceed to FINISHING THE PROVISIONAL, STEP 1.
10. After curing, allow the model/restoration to return to room temperature before removing the
cured restorations. This may be accelerated by placing the model in cold/ice water.
11. Use a brush to apply a thin layer of the sealer to the bottom of the pontic.
12. Place the bridge, upside down, on the Enterra or Eclipse Processing Unit turntable or on
the center of the Triad 2000 turntable and cure according to the PONTIC CURE step on
Table 1.
