DURING THE ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS, MAKE SURE THAT THE LINE PRODUCED BY THE MARKER DOES NOT
REACH THE OPERATOR'S EYES.
32
ALWAYS KEEP A SAFETY DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OPERATOR'S EYES AND THE END OF THE LINE. THE MANUFACTURER
DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE LASER MARKER IN APPLICATIONS OTHER THAN THE INDICATED APPLICATION.
RESIDUAL RISK
During the design phase, BATTIPAV SRL paid particular attention to the aspects that may generate risks for the
safety and health of operators. In spite of this, there are still some potential risks, which are described below:
Danger of presence of electric current:
The machine has an internal electric system. CONNECT THE MACHINE TO A SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENTIAL
PROTECTION AND EFFECTIVE EARTH WIRE.
Danger of prolonged exposure to noise:
The continuative use of the machine causes an exposure to noise levels above 85 dB (A).
OPERATORS MUST USE PROPER EAR DEFENDERS.
Danger of accidental contact with the moving tool.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR HEAVY PROTECTIVE GLOVES
Danger of exposure to fragments of materials.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES.
ALWAYS STAY IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1 picture 21) DURING THE MACHINE OPERATION PHASES:
•
During material loading;
•
During material cutting;
•
During the cutting tool deceleration following the machine stop.
MAINTENANCE
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OPERATION OR ADJUSTMENT, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE SUPPLY
MAINS.
CLEANING
DO NOT WASH THE MACHINE WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETS
Through the tap located on the bottom of the recovery tank, remove any working residual from the machine.
33 34
Clean the sprayer regularly as indicated.
35
Clean the slide guides regularly to remove cutting residues.
MOTOR HEAD INCLINATION ADJUSTMENT
The head unit is provided with a register for adjusting the cutting at 90°.
FOR EXPERT 500/600
36
1) loosen the register (B) fixing nut (A) with a 13 mm wrench, and use it for moving the motor head to the
correct position.
2) lock the register again with the fixing nut (A)
FOR EXPERT 700
37
1) loosen the motor head locking lever.
2) use the hand wheel for moving the head to the correct position
3) lock the register again by means of the locking lever.
FOR THE CORRECT POSITIONING OF THE REGISTERS, USE A SQUARE SHOWING THE 45°.
