Chicken Tandoori
Serves 6
Ingredients:
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tbs Indian Tandoori spices
• 2 natural yogurts
• 6 tbs lemon juice
• 2 tbs olive oil
• Crushed garlic
• Salt
• 6 chicken escalopes
1. Peel and chop the 2 cloves of garlic. In a bowl,
combine 2 tablespoons of Tandoori spices, 2
plain yoghurts, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 2
tablespoons olive oil, the crushed garlic and salt.
2. Cut the 6 chicken cutlets into chunks and brush
them generously with the previous mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
4. Cook the chicken on the Griddle hotplate,
adjusting the cooking time to suit your own
taste.
Serve with fragrant rice.
Grilled fillets of fish
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 3 tbs oil
• the juice of 1 lemon
• Thyme leaves
• 2 laurel leaves
• 4 fillets of white fish
1. Prepare a marinade with 3 tablespoons of oil,
the juice of one lemon, the thyme leaves and 2
crushed bay leaves.
2. Brush your 4 fillets of firm-fleshed white fish
(such as halibut, tropical sole, turbot, sea bream,
etc.) with the marinade and cook them on the
griddle, adjusting the cooking time to suit your
own taste.
Serve with fragrant rice.
