• It is essential to unplug the appliance's power cord in
the following cases:
- When left unattended
- After use
- Before cleaning or care
- In case of malfunction
• Only connect the appliance to an outlet with a groun-
ded power supply that meets electrical safety requi-
rements currently in force. If an extension cord is
required, use a grounded extension cord, and make
sure that the power supply is powerful enough to ca-
ter for the appliance.
• Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on
the data tag on the appliance.
• Unroll the power cord completely.
• To avoid overloading the power grid, do not connect other devices
to the same circuit.
• Do not pull on the power cord or the appliance itself to unplug it.
• Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
• Place the appliance on a flat, horizontal and dry non-slip surface.
• Be careful not to place the appliance on the edge of a table or work
surface, to prevent it from tipping over.
• Make sure that the power cord and any extension cords are not
obstructing the passage, to prevent it from tipping over.
• Never move the appliance while in use.
• Never use the appliance out of doors.
• Do not use the appliance near water.
• Do not place the appliance near a source of heat and do not allow
the power cord to touch a hot surface.
• This appliance must be protected from frost. Never leave it in a car
in winter, or in any other place subject to freezing, to avoid damage.
