1. Put two anti-tilt safety arm (5) up like the above picture.
2. Put the tilting runners (3) up the anti-tilt safety arm (5). Then Iet
the pin through the hole of the tilting runners (3) and the
anti-tilt safety arm (5).
3. Do the same at other side.
