Installation and Operating Instructions
Central ventilation units AIR1 RH
244 Unit selection
Selection of the applicable ventilation units in 3 groups:
• Ceiling unit with cross counter-flow heat exchanger (X-WT)
• Standing unit with cross counter-flow heat exchanger (X-WT)
• Standing unit with rotary heat exchanger (Rot-WT)
Only one ventilation unit can be selected. The word "None" appears automatically in the other two windows. The last
setting is valid.

245 External control 0-10 V
Selection of "External 0-10 V" control. In case of external fan control, this mode must be selected if an external cont-
roller regulates the air flow.
Select Yes/No:

246 Temperature control mode
The temperature control influences the existing heating and cooling registers:
• Electrical heating
• Warm water heating
• DX cooling
• Cold water cooling
The temperature control mode can only be set by the commissioning assistant (wizard). The following temperature
control modes are available:
a Constant Supply Air Control
b Outdoor Compensated Supply Air Control
c Cascade Room Temperature Control
d Cascade Extract Air Temperature Control
e Outdoor Temperature Dependent Supply or Room Temperature Control
f Outdoor Temperature Dependent Supply or Extract Temperature Control
g Outdoor Temperature Dependent Room Temperature Control
h Outdoor Temperature Dependent Extract Air Control
a Constant Supply Air Control
The heating and cooling outputs can only be adjusted to the supply air sensor in Constant Supply Air Control mode. A
neutral zone can be defined for the setpoint.
Example: If the setpoint is 18 °C and the neutral zone (NZ) is 2 °C: Setpoint heating = 17°C and setpoint cooling =
19 °C. If the supply air temperature is in the neutral zone "heating" and "cooling" are blocked. If the supply air tempe-
rature falls below the setpoint -NZ/2, the "heating" mode will be active until the setpoint is reached. If the supply air
temperature rises above the setpoint +NZ/2, the "cooling" mode will be active until the setpoint is reached.
The setpoint is displayed in the "temperature" menu (log in as User or Admin):

b Outdoor Compensated Supply Air Control
The supply air temperature setpoint can be set to improve the regulation of room heat losses due to the outdoor tem-
perature. This ensures that the cooling of room walls is compensated for during the cold season.
The supply air temperature setpoint is compensated for depending on the outdoor temperature using a control curve
with 8 points.
