¡ If you do not descale and clean the
appliance in good time, it will locked
and the display shows "Device
locked".
¡ To unlock the appliance, run the
service program.
Tip: Before starting the service
program, remove, clean and reinsert
the brewing unit. Clean the milk
frother.

Insert the drip tray and coffee dregs
container again and close the door.

If there is a water filter, remove it.
Fill the empty water tank with
lukewarm water up to the 16,9 oz.
(0.5 l) mark and dissolve a Bosch
descaling tablet in it.
Reinsert the water tank and place a
container with approx. 33.8 oz. (1 l)
capacity under the outlet system.
