failure – open circuit.

Possible Solution
Check the connection or replace the
glass plate temperature sensor.
Contact the after-sales service
Wait for the temperature of glass plate
return to normal.
Touch to restart the hob.
Replace the power board.
Contact the after-sales service.
Wait for the temperature of glass plate
return to normal.
Touch to restart the hob.
Inspect whether power supply is
normal and then turn the hob on.
Reinsert the connection between the
display board and the power board.
Replace the power board or the display
board.
