Cookware made from the following materials are not suitable for
induction:
pure stainless steel, aluminium or copper without a magnetic base, glass, wood,
porcelain, ceramic, and earthenware.
Pan dimension
The cooking zone, up to a limit, automatically adapts to the diameter of the pan.
However the bottom of this pan must have a minimum diameter corresponding
to the size of the cooking zone.
To obtain the best efficiency of your hob, please place the pan in the centre of
the cooking zone.
Which cooking zone should be used according to the diameter of the pan?

Only use cookware with a base suitable for induction cooking.
Look for the induction symbol on the packaging or on the bottom
of the pan.

cast iron pans
