For printer troubleshooting and videos,
visit the HP support site. Enter your
model name to find the printer.
Solution
1. Use the control pad to select Menu >
Info > Connectivity > Wi-Fi from the
Control Panel. If the printer is listed as
"Not Connected", proceed to Step 2.
2. Go back to the Home screen.
Select Menu > Settings > Network > Restore
Network Settings.
3. Wait for one minute. Open the printer
software and try connecting again.
