mum filling quantity.
NOTE: if you have particularly large or
small fruit, you may need to adjust the
other values slightly. Have fun working
it out.
Banana power shake
1 portion
Ingredients:
1 small banana (peeled)
150 ml milk
1 pinch of bourbon vanilla powder
• Place all ingredients into the blender
jug 5/6/7 and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
Green flip
1 portion
Ingredients:
¼ cucumber
½ avocado
½ lime (the juice)
A couple of leaves of parsley
Approx. 25 ml water if necessary
If you like it a little bit hot, you can also add
20 g of fresh ginger to the flip.
• Place all ingredients into the blender
jug 5/6/7 and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
Exotic feeling
1 portion
Ingredients:
½ pineapple slice
½ banana (peeled)
1 tsp coconut flakes
Approx. 100 ml milk
• Place all ingredients into the blender
jug 5/6/7 and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
Berry dream
1 portion
Ingredients:
40 g raspberries
40 g strawberries
Approx. 100 ml water or fruit juice (e.g. or-
ange juice)
• Place all ingredients into the blender
jug 5/6/7 and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
Mango shake

Ingredients:
100 g mango
100 ml milk
• Place all ingredients into the blender
jug 5/6/7 and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached.
