Mass configuration / initial commissioning
To allow easy and quick commissioning of several CMC III PUs, they can be preconfigured using a spe-
cial configuration file. The configuration file copied to a USB data carrier allows several CMC III PUs to
be configured in just a few minutes without an operational network connection being required. To edit
the file on a PC, either the CMC III PU serial numbers, or at least one of the two MAC addresses of the
CMC III PU network interfaces, is required. A predefined sample file as well as a description of the pro-
cedure can be found on the CMC III PU 19" Edition product pages at our website.
