Release the clutch lever. This will prevent the
mower from moving forward when you activate
the starter.
With the starter grip in its holder, grasp the
starter grip with your right hand and pull
slowly until you feel resistance, then pull
forcefully on the starter grip with the starter
cable through the holder. (If this is not
sufficient for the cold start, repeat this
operation 2-3 times)
Operation of the controls for mowing
The blade is in action as soon as the engine has started. While the machine is in
operation, keep the safety handle in the working position. The engine stops as soon as
you release the engine control bar.
Release the lever to stop the engine when you need to leave the mower.
Clutch lever
Push the clutch lever forward and hold it against the handlebars to move the mower
forward.
Release the clutch lever to stop the forward movement of the mower.
Always release the clutch lever before starting the engine. If the clutch is engaged, the
mower will move forward.
