Authorized List Alerts
The Authorized List Hit Alert window displays when a vehicle is matched to a Authorized List entry.
Authorized List Alert Types are authorized, unauthorized, or unauthorized due to no connection to Vigilant
Vehicle Manager. Plates that are unauthorized due to no connection to Vigilant Vehicle Manager can be
manually Validated with the Manually Validate button to authorize them.
The Digital Chalking Authorized List Alert windows allows the operator to:
● View information about Authorized List Hit Alerts and validate them
● Document or view descriptive information about the reason for the hit
