OPERATION
Pan detection symbol
When the pan detection symbol is blinking on the display:
you have not placed a pan on the correct cooking zone;
the pan you're using is not suitable for induction cooking;
the pan is too small or not properly centred on the cooking zone.
The cooking zone does not work until a suitable pan is placed on the cooking zone.
Timer control
The cooking timer is connected to an active cooking zone. After the set time has elapsed,
the cooking zone switches off automatically. The cooking timer can be set to a maximum of
99 minutes.
Using the cooking timer
1. Switch on the desired cooking zone by turning the knob of the respective zone.
2. While the set power is flashing, touch the timer key to activate the timer.
A red dot next to the display of the corresponding cooking zone lights up.
The display will show the blinking '10'.
3. Set a cooking time by turning the knob of the respective zone.
Turn the knob of a cooking zone (with an active timer) one turn to set the time in steps of
1 minute.
When the time is set, it will begin to countdown immediately.
The red dot next to the display of the corresponding cooking zone starts blinking.
The display will show the remaining time.
The cooking zone will switch off automatically after the set time has passed.
You will hear an audio signal.
"--" appears on the timer's display.
Turn the knob of the relevant cooking zone one turn, then touch the timer key and turn
the knob to adjust the time. Set the time to '00' to switch of the timer.
