OPERATION
Please read the chapter 'Before first use' very carefully before you start cooking.
This prevents incorrect use of the hob.
Switching on and power setting
Make sure the bottom of the pan and the surface of the cooking zone are clean and dry.
1. Place a pan in the middle of a cooking zone.
2. Touch the on/off key until you hear an audio signal.
On all cooking zone displays a '-' appears.

3. For the zone required, turn the knob clockwise to set it to the desired power.
The display of the selected cooking zone shows the level that has been set.

The cooking zone starts automatically at the level that has been set.

Turn the knob accordingly to adjust the power.
▷
The hob switches off if no setting is made or a function is selected within 1 minute.
Boost function
You can use the boost function to cook for max. 5 minutes at the highest cooking level.
1. Turn the knob of the relevant zone all the way clockwise until 'P' shows on the display.
After 5 minutes, the power is reduced to setting 9.

Turn back the knob of the corresponding zone to stop the boost function prematurely.
Finish cooking
1. Turn the knob of the relevant zone all the way back until the display shows '0'.
2. Touch the on/off key for 1 second to switch off the induction hob.
Symbol H will appear in the display of the cooking zone which is too hot to touch.
The symbol disappears when the surface has cooled down to a safe temperature.
It can also be used as an energy saving function; if you want to heat other pans,
use the cooking zone that is still hot.
If all cooking zones are set to '0' and no further operation is performed, the hob will
switch off automatically after 1 minute.
