What to do if...
No flash is displayed
on the product(s).
There is no DHCP server
on the network.
Action(s) to be carried out

Check that the Sigma master clock and the Harmonys Flash Indoor have the
same multicast address.

Check that the network settings are compatible: the Harmonys Flash Indoor
must be on the same Ethernet network as the Sigma master clock.

Check that the product is in the right broadcast zone.

Check that the maximum power of the PoE switch is sufficient (IEEE 802.3af
standard) in order to power all products connected to the switch.

Check that the switch firmware version is up to date.

Check that the cable length is less than 100 metres
(please refer to network cabling standards).

By default, the device implements the following IP settings (after
approximately three minutes):
- IP: 192.192.222.100 for the first product, 192.192.222.101 for the second
product, and so on.
- MASK: 255.255.0.0
- GATEWAY: 0.0.0.0
- DNS: 0.0.0.0
(After 15 minutes, the device asks for an address to the DHCP server).

Use the Sigma software (Configuration > IP device > Button "Network
configuration") to define the network settings of the Harmonys Flash Indoor
(the product can be identified via the MAC address on the label situated on
the back of the product).
