Full set and half set of diamond tools
The configuration of the diamond tool segments has
an effect on the end quality of the surface. The
configuration also has an effect on the operation rate
of the product.
The EZ Airflow tool plate is used for better cooling result
and it gives a better tool performance.
• Full set of diamond tools: This configuration is
applicable for a flat floor finish.
• Half set of diamond tools: This configuration is
applicable when a flat floor finish is not necessary.
To replace the diamond tools
WARNING:
Diamond tools can become very hot and you
can hurt your hand when you lift the floating
cover.

be the same on all grinding discs.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 17 .
2. Turn the emergency stop button on the control panel
clockwise to make sure that the emergency stop
button is disengaged.
3. Set the handle in servicing position. Refer to
positions on page 15 .
4. If weights are installed, adjust the weights to a
rearward position. Refer to
5. Put on protective gloves.
6. Lift and rotate the floating cover.
Note:
When you lift the cover, you get access to
the diamond tools easier.
7. Lock the cover with the transport lock of the floating
cover.
8. Engage the support frame. Refer to
disengage the support frame on page 12 .
9. Do a check of the locks for the floating cover.
Replace damaged or missing locks before you tilt the
product.
