The safety switch on the hold-down must not be manipulated under any circumstances!
• Worn and damaged tools can cause damage to the punching bow.
• Laser according to laser class 1 DIN EN 60825-1 – The accessible laser radiation is not dangerous
• The machine may be used only by persons who are not under the influence of medication or any other
substances that impair perception, the reaction time of any bodily functions, and motor skills.
To ensure an optimum punching result and reduce wear on the tools, we recommend that you
regularly clean and rub the punches and dies with a cloth and conventional oil, particularly
the cutting edges.
For the function and setting options of the optionally available digital measuring system, please refer to
the enclosed operating instructions in this case.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• The hydraulic unit may only be operated with brand-name hydraulic oil, viscosity class HLP 32.
• Ensure that the oil level is sufficient and that the oil is clean.
• Change the oil for the first time after approx. 500 hours of operation, then after every 5,000 hours of
operation, but at the latest after every 2 years.
• After the first 50 operating hours, check all hydraulic screw connections for tightness and retighten if
necessary.
• Ensure that the guide shafts and ball bearings are clean at all times.
• In the case of any disruptions in the electrical system, the punching machine may no longer be placed
into operation and must be secured accordingly. Re-commissioning only after inspection and repair by
appropriate qualified personnel with the aid of the circuit diagrams and corresponding release.
• The pressure relief valve has been set at the factory.
It can be checked with the aid of the pressure gauge.
• The hydraulic hoses on the outside should be replaced after 6 years of operation.
