DESCRIPTION
Die bed holder
Die change even with door inserted
• Stable press body in robust, deformation-resistant welded construction.
• Double-acting hydraulic cylinder, flange-mounted on the machine body with positive and
non-positive locking.
• Piston rod secured against twisting. Die bed, friction-locked to the press body.
• Hold-down device with protective function to prevent accidents from occurring during the punching
process, as well as to protect against flying splinters (e.g. in case of tool breakage due to misuse).
• Length and depth stop can be moved in X and Y direction, mounted in hardened double ball guides,
for easy movement.
• Digital measuring display for X and Y axis.
• Dual-circuit hydraulic unit with electric pump, oil tank and solenoid valves (very low noise).
• Safety foot switch with double pedal for stepless actuation of punching and return stroke.
• Quick die change helps with problems involving many punching variants.
