The fastening device must be
maintained regularly and prop-
erly, in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications.
Avoid any type of weakening
or damage to the device, for
example, through:
Stamping or engraving,
Modification measures which
are not permitted by the
manufacturer,
Guiding using templates which
are made out of hard material,
e.g. steel,
Dropping on the floor or
pushing across the floor,
Using it as a hammer,
any type of blunt impact.

Keep body parts such as hands,
legs, etc. away from the direc-
tion of firing and make sure that
the fastener cannot penetrate in
any parts of the body.
When you use the device,
please be aware that the
fastener could ricochet and
cause injuries.
Hold the device with a firm
grip and prepare yourself for
recoil.
Do not use a device which is
damaged.
Be careful when handling
fasteners, particularly when
loading and unloading, as the
fasteners have sharp points
which could cause injuries.
Before use, always inspect the
device for defects, parts which
are not corrected properly or
worn parts.
Do not lean too far forward.
Only use in safe work stations.
