OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING MODES
There are four operating modes to choose from.
Press the Mode Button repeatedly to choose the
desired mode. The adjacent indicator light will
illuminate to show which mode has been selected.
• Cool Mode
Choose cool mode to set the cooling function. Use
the up and down buttons to choose the desired
temperature. When cool mode is selected, the fan
speed can be adjusted by pressing the fan button.
• Heat Mode
Choose heat mode to set the heating function. Use
the up and down buttons to choose the desired
temperature.
• Fan Mode
Choose fan mode to run the internal fan without
engaging the cooling function. Press the fan button
repeatedly to choose the fan speed, low, high or
auto. The fan speed will cycle through the settings
each time it is pressed and the associated light will
illuminate.
• Dry Mode
Choose dry mode to set the dry function. The air
conditioner will generally operate in the form of
a dehumidifier. As the space being dehumidified
is closed or sealed, some degree of cooling is
expected.
Notes:
1. The heat mode cannot be used at the same time
as the dry mode.
2. The fan speed is automatically set at Low and
cannot be adjusted.
FUNCTIONS
Auto mode: The fan speed will automatically
adjust based on the set temperature and room
temperature.
Constant Fan: In cool mode, press the button to
turn on or off the constant fan function. When the
function is on, the constatnt fan light will illuminate
and the fan will runn continuously. When the
function is turned off, the light will go out and the
fan will run in tandem with the compressor.
Panel Lock function: Press and hold the Power
button and Constant Fan button at the same time
for 5 seconds. The display will show 'LL' when the
control panel is locked. Repeat the process to unlock
the control panel.
