- Page 3 ITALIANO - Lingua originale 1 - INFORMAZIONI GENERALI Questo manuale ha lo scopo di dare informazioni sul corretto montaggio, uso e manutenzione degli avvolgitubo in modo che non si possano verificare incidenti. - Page 4 5 - USO PREVISTO DELLA MACCHINA Gli avvolgitubo sono adatti per la distribuzione di aria compressa ad uso professionale. Tutti gli avvolgitubo devono essere utilizzati esclusivamente per la distribuzione di fluidi alle pressioni e temperature indicate nelle tabelle (vedere manuale tecnico). A ciascun modello corrisponde uno specifico fluido.
- Page 5 7.4 Bloccare il tamburo facendo agganciare il nottolino sulla cremagliera. 7.5 Inserire una chiave a brugola nella sede esagonale del mozzo. Precaricare la molla ruotando in senso antiorario, (vedere manuale tecnico). 7.6 Trattenere la chiave e bloccare il controdado (7.1). 7.7 Verificare il buon funzionamento controllando che il tubo fuoriesca completamente, eventualmente aggiustare la precarica.
- Page 6 10 - MANUTENZIONE IMPORTANTE! Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale opportunamente addestrato tenendo conto delle informazioni date da questo manuale. Verificare periodicamente che l'avvolgitubo installato funzioni correttamente, che non vi siano perdite di fluido dai raccordi e dal giunto girevole e che i raccordi siano ben serrati. Periodicamente lubrificare il tubo per facilitare il riavvolgimento.
- Page 7 12 - SMALTIMENTO DEL MATERIALE INQUINANTE In caso di manutenzione o demolizione della macchina, le parti di cui è composto devono essere affidate a ditte specializzate nello smaltimento e riciclaggio dei rifiuti industriali e, in particolare: SMALTIMENTO DELL’IMBALLAGGIO: L’imballaggio è costituito da cartone biodegradabile che può essere consegnato alle aziende per il normale recupero della cellulosa.

- Page 9 5 - INTENDED USE OF THE MACHINE The hose reels of the painted series are suitable for distributing compressed air for profes- sional use. All the hose reels have to be used only for distributing fluids, at the pressures and temperatures indicated on the technical manual.
- Page 10 7.4 Place the drum in the locked position (by ratchet hook). 7.5 Insert the hex wrench into the axle after the side bodies have been attached. Pre-load the spring turning anti-clockwise the wrench (see technical manual). 7.6 Hold the hex wrench firm and fasten the nut (7.1). 7.7 Make sure that the reel works correctly by checking that the hose has entirely come out, eventually adjust the spring pre-loading.
- Page 11 10 - MAINTENANCE IMPORTANT! Maintenance should only be carried out by suitably trai- ned staff, who are familiar with the instructions and information in this manual. Periodically check the reel for the leaks and smooth operation. Check that there is no fluid leakage from the fittings and that the swivel joint and fittings are tight.
- Page 12 12 - DISPOSING OF CONTAMINATED MATERIALS In case of maintenance or demolition of the machine, the parts that make it up must be sent to companies that specialize in the disposal and recycling of industrial refuse and, in particular: DISPOSAL OF PACKING MATERIAL The packaging consists of biodegradable cardboard which can be delivered to companies for normal recycling of cellulose.

- Page 15 5 - USAGE PREVU DE LA MACHINE Les enrouleurs de la série vernie peuvent être utilisés pour la distribution d'air comprimé pour usage professionnel. Tous les enrouleurs doivent être utilisés seulement pour la distribution de fluides aux pressions et températures indiquées sur les prospectus (voir manuel technique). A’ chaque modèle correspond un tuyau spécifique.
- Page 16 7.4 Placer le tambour bloqué (par cliquet). 7.5 Insérer une clé hexagonale dans le trou du moyeu. Précontraindre le ressort en tournant la clé dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre (voir manuel technique). 7.6 Retenir la clé et visser l'écrou (7.1). 7.7 Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l’enrouleur, en vérifiant que le tuyau est complétement sorti et eventuéllement régler la tension du ressort.
- Page 17 10 - ENTRETIEN IMPORTANT! Tout travail d'entretien doit être effectué par des techniciens opportunément entraînés, suivant les instructions données sur ce manuel. Contrôler de temps en temps que l'enrouleur fonctionne correctement; qu'il n'y a pas de perte de fluide par les raccords et que le raccord tournant ainsi que les raccords sont bien serreés. Lubrifier périodiquement le tube pour le rembobinage facile.
- Page 18 12 - ÉLIMINATION DU MATERIEL POLLUANT En cas d’entretien au démolition de la machine, ses parties devront être confiées à des entre- prises spécialisées dans l’élimination et le recyclage des déchets industriels et, notamment : ÉLIMINATION DE L’EMBALLAGE : L’emballage est constitué par du carton biodégradable qui peut être confié aux entreprises s’occupant de la récupération de la cellulose.

- Page 20 5 - VERWENDUNGSZWECK DER MASCHINE Die Schlauchaufroller sind für die Verteiligung von Druckluft in der Industrie. Diese Schlauchaufroller dürfen, druck- und temperaturgemäß, ausschließlich für die Flüssigkeitsverteilung eingesetzt werden (siehe technisches handbuch). Jedem Modell entspricht eine bestimmte Flüssigkeit. Die Verwendung des Gerätes für jegli- che andere Flüssigkeit ist untersagt.
- Page 21 7.4 Setzen Sie die Trommel in die verriegelte Stellung (durch Sperrklinke). 7.5 Legen Sie einen Inbusschlüssel in der hexagonalen Sitz der Nabe. Feder vorsichtig spannen Gegenuhrzeigersinn drehen (Abbildung D) (siehe technisches handbuch). 7.6 Mit dem Imbusschlüssel die Spannmutter halten und Schrauben Sie die Mutter mit einem Schraubenschlüssel (7.1).
- Page 22 10 - WARTUNG WICHTIG! Jede Wartung muss von einer fachkundingen Person ausgeführt werden. Sich periodisch vergewissern, dass der installierte Schlauchaufroller korrekt funktioniert, dass es keinen Austritt von Flüssigkeit aus den Armaturen-schwenkbar und Armaturen dicht sind. In regelmäßigen Abständen schmieren Sie den Schlauch für die einfache Zurückspulen. Wenn nötig, schmieren die Schwenk.
