Before the first Use
Remove the plunge saw and the accessories from the packaging. Check the
saw for transport damage and do not use the saw in case of damages. Keep
the packing materials away from children, risk of suffocation!

Intended Use
The saw is only designed for private users and not intended for professional
use.
for making straight cuts in wood, materials resembling wood, plastic and
soft metal (e.g. aluminium) with saw blades fitted with hard metal or HSS
saw blades in a dry state;
for cutting tiles, circuit boards and fibre reinforced plastics with dry diamond
cutting discs.
Any other applications are expressly prohibited and are deemed improper use.
Switching the Plunge Saw ON and OFF
1. Connect the mains plug with a properly installed socket.
2. To switch the saw on, push the safety switch (7) forward and then push the
On/Off switch (6).
3. To switch the saw off, let go of the On/Off switch.
Setting the Cutting Depth
The cutting depth can be set between 0 – 26 mm:
1. Loosen the cutting depth limiter (8) by lipping the lever and slide it to the
desired cutting depth according to the graduated scale to set the cutting
depth.
2. Tighten the cutting depth limit stop knob (8). The saw can now be pushed
down to the set cutting depth.
For a clean, safe cut set the cutting depth in such a way that only max. one
saw blade tooth protrudes under the work piece.
