CLEAR JAMMED TOOL
NOTICE! Do not use the tool when a fastener has jammed in the firing mechanism.

Firing
Remove any jammed fasteners before using the tool further.
To clear a jammed fastener, accomplish the following:
1.
Disconnect the tool from the air hose.
2.
Open the nail guide and insert a rod into the outlet.
3.
Tap the rod with hammer.
4.
Remove the jammed nail with a slotted screwdriver.
5.
Cut the deformed collated wire. Correct the deformation.
6.
Remove the non-jammed fasteners in the magazine.
7.
Operate the magazine latch and slide the pusher back to open the
magazine and check for jammed fasteners.
8.
Use pliers or any appropriate tool to remove the jammed fastener.
9.
Close the magazine cover and slide the pusher to its original position.
10. Reload the magazine.
11.
Reconnect the tool to the air hose.
12. Complete several test firings into a sample workpiece to ensure proper
operation.
WARNING! Disconnect the tool from the air supply before clearing jammed
fasteners.
