with a standard test method any may be used for comparing
one tool to another.
That the declared vibration total value(s) and the declared
noise emission value(s) may also be used in a preliminary as-
sessment of exposure.
That the vibration and noise emissions during actual use of
the power tool can differ from the declared values depend-
ing on the ways in which the tool is used especially what kind
of workpiece is processed; and of the need to identify safety
measures to protect the operator that are based on an estim-
ation of the exposure measures in the actual conditions of
use (taking account of all parts of the operating cycle such as
the times when the tool is switched off and when it is running
idle in addition to the trigger time).

Dust/Chip Extraction
Dust from materials such as lead-containing coatings, some
wood types, minerals and metal can be harmful to one's
health. Touching or breathing-in the dust can cause allergic
reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of the user or
bystanders.
Certain dust, such as oak or beech dust, is considered carci-
nogenic, especially in connection with wood-treatment ad-
ditives (chromate, wood preservative). Materials containing
asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
– Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
– It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator.
Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the ma-
terials to be worked.
