WARNING: Select the correct cell type (eg. Ni-MH or Li-Po) before the start of the charging process.
Never charge with incorrectly set cell type. Check the maximum charge current specified by the manufacturer
of the battery - fire hazard!

Connecting the battery

NiMH or lead acid batteries (Pb): first plug the charging cable into the 4 mm sockets on the side of the
charger. Now connect the battery.
Lithium batteries: Connect the Balancer adapter to the charger - the socket is polarized, pay attention
to the side guides. Then connect the charging cable to the 4 mm sockets on the side of the charger. Now
connect the battery to the balancer adapter and charging cable.
• WARNING: Use only batteries with XH balancer plugs. Never try to connect other plug types with
the charger! The plug or charger may damage or worse, the battery catches fire or explodes! If
necessary, use a suitable adapter cable.
