WARNING: Select the correct cell type (eg. Ni-MH or Li-Po) before the start of the charging process.
Never charge with incorrectly set cell type. Check the maximum charge current specified by the manufacturer
of the battery - fire hazard!

This charger rcognises the cell count of Lithium batteries
automatically. If the battery voltage is lower than the
safety voltage, the charger will not start. This safety
function can be overcome by resetting the restoring time
(normally off), so this will work like a precharge function.
WARNING: in normal charge function, you will not need
the precharge function. DO NOT use this function when
you don't know the battery status. If the battery voltage
increases very slow stop the precharge process
immediately - fire hazard!
