Remove the front fairing. IMPORTANT: The equip-
ment must be stopped and disconnected before
handling it in any way.

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular
socket wrench, screw the lower nuts as shown in the
image (1). Observe how the rollers move apart, image
(2).

Once all the elements are clean and dry, squeeze the
rollers together to reassemble the equipment. Using
the 24mm fixed spanner and the tulubar socket
wrench, unscrew the lower nut shown in the image
(1). Repeat the process on the opposite side. Observe
how the rollers move closer together, image (2).

Replace the front fairing.

Using a 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket
wrench, unscrew and remove the upper nut as
shown in the image (1). Repeat the process on the
opposite side, as shown in the image (2).

Once the rollers are separated, spray the rubberi-
sed surface with water (preferably hot), paying
attention to the heads and rollers. IMPORTANT: The
equipment must be stopped and disconnected
before handling it in any way.
Take the opportunity to check
that all components are in
good condition.

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular
socket wrench, screw the upper nut again until it
contacts the lower nut in order to lock it, as shown
in the image (1). Repeat the process on the opposite
side as shown in the image (2).

Fix the front fairing by screwing the 2 side knobs, as
shown in the image (1) and do the same on the
opposite side (2).
