Tightening the rollers

Using a 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket
wrench, unscrew and remove the upper nut as
shown in the image (1). Repeat the same process on
the opposite side. See image (2).

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket wrench, screw the upper nut again until it contacts the lower nut
in order to lock it, as shown in the image (1). Repeat the process on the opposite side, as shown in the image (2).

Separating the rollers

Using a 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket
wrench, unscrew and remove the upper nut as
shown in the image (1). Repeat the process on the
opposite side, see image (2).

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket
wrench, screw the upper nut again until it contacts
the lower nut in order to lock it, as shown in the image
(1). Repeat the process on the opposite side, see
image (2).

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular socket
wrench, unscrew the lower nut shown in the image
(1). Observe in the image (2) how the rollers come
closer together. Repeat the same process on the
opposite side.

Using the 24mm fixed spanner and the tubular
socket wrench, screw the lower nuts as shown in
the image (1). Observe how the rollers move apart as
in the image (2).

Once the rollers have been adjusted, reassemble the
front fairing of the MB Bucker 200.
