Changing the head
It may be necessary to change the head depending on the material to be processed, so that the machine better adapts to the
variety and condition of the flower. We show how to change the heads below. Only a Nº. 4 Allen key is required.
1
Disconnect the equipment from its power source.
IMPORTANT: The equipment must be stopped and
disconnected before handling it in any way.
3
Remove and store the used head. IMPORTANT: The
equipment must be stopped and disconnected
before working on it.
5
Connect the MB Bucker 200 to a power supply to operate it again.
Safety
The MB Bucker 200 is equipped with a safety
device that ensures the protection of the user
during its use. This consists of a pin fixed to the
removable front fairing of the machine and a limit
switch base fixed to the rear fixed plate of the
machine. When the front fairing is positioned
correctly, the pin is inserted into the base. As soon
as the fairing is removed, these two elements are
no longer in contact and the equipment stops
automatically.
2
Using a Nº. 4 Allen key unscrew the 4 head bolts, as
shown in the image.
4
Select the new head and place it in the correct posi-
tion. Tighten the 4 bolts of the new head with the help
