Checks to be carried out before connecting
Hibernate mode
In order to keep the MB Bucker 200 in optimum condition for its
first use, it is supplied in hibernation mode. This means that the
rollers are separated to maintain their correct shape and they
are not deformed due to contact between them.
It will be necessary to adjust the rollers before the first use,
keeping the Master Bucker 200 unplugged at all times.
Initial setting of rollers
To perform the initial roller setting, go to the "ROLLER ADJUSTMENT" section below and perform steps No. 1 through 7. This
initial setting takes the machine out of the hibernation mode in which the machine is delivered. You need a 24mm fixed span-
ner and the tubular socket wrench supplied.
Adjusting the rollers
If branches inserted into the machine head are not pulled in properly, this may be due to an incorrect adjustment of the
traction rollers. How to adjust them is described below. All you need is a 24mm fixed spanner.
IMPORTANT: Disconnect the equipment from its power source.

Press the red OFF button on the control panel and
disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
IMPORTANT: The equipment must be stopped
and disconnected before handling it in any way.

Loosen the 2 side knobs as indicated in the image
(1). Do the same with the 2 knobs on the opposite
side, as shown in the image (2). IMPORTANT: The
equipment must be stopped and disconnected
before handling it in any way.

Remove the exit ramp (B) by lifting it vertically.
