Operating Instructions
On/Off
Press this button to turn the dehumidifier on. The red power indicator will be lit
on the display to indicate the ON status of the device.
By default, the device will start operation with a humidity setting of 50% RH at
High Fan Speed. Press a second time to turn the unit off; the compressor stops
immediately, while the fan will stop 30 seconds later.
Turning the device on after it has been off, it will re-start in the mode that was
set last by the user before the device has been turned off.
Mode
Press to cycle between the three available modes: Hygrostat - Continuous
Drying - Sleep
The corresponding indicator will be lit on the display.
Hygrostat
When the ambient relative humidity exceeds the one set by 3%, the fan will
start and the compressor a few seconds later to start the dehumidifying
process.
When the ambient relative humidity drops below the one set by 3%, the
compressor will stop operating and 30 seconds later the fan will also stop.
Note: Both Fan Speed and target humidity can be adjusted in Hygrostat Mode.
Continuous Drying
The device dehumidifies permanently in High Fan Speed, regardless of the
ambient relative humidity.
Note: In Continuous Drying Mode target humidity cannot be set.
Sleep
When Sleep Mode is activated, the display switches off after a few seconds
(only the sleep mode symbol remains dimly lit) and the Fan Speed will
automatically drop to Low.
Press any button to light up display, without any further action, the display
switches off again after a few seconds. Press Mode Button to exit Sleep Mode.
Note: In Sleep Mode, both the target humidity and Fan Speed are adjustable.
