Display of error codes
If a fault occurs, the induction hob automatically enters into security mode and
displays the corresponding error codes:
Error code
F3 / F4
F9 / FA
E1 / E2
E3
E5
When another error appears: Contact After-Sales Service.
Possible causes
Temperature sensor failure of the
induction coil
Temperature sensor failure of an
IGBT module.
Abnormal supply voltage
High temperature of the induction
coil temperature sensor
High temperature of the
temperature sensor of an IGBT
module
Please contact the After-
Sales Service.
Please contact the After-
Sales Service.
Check if the power supply is
normal.
Turn after the power supply
is normal.
Please contact the After-
Sales Service.
Restart when the cooking
plate is cooled.
