Green LED lights on for 1 second, and then lights off for 4 seconds.
Orange LED lights on for 1 second, and then lights off for 4 seconds.
Red LED remains on for up to 10 minutes, and then flashes for one second and turns
off for 4 seconds.
The Green LED lights on for 0.3 second, and then lights off for 0.3 second.
Green LED remains on.

Description
When the battery level is at 60%, the SOC indicators will
show as follows:
1. The first two SOC indicators (25% and 50%) will
remain on blue light;
2. The third SOC indicator (75%) will flash blue light
every 1 second;
3. The fourth SOC indicator (100%) will be off.
When the battery level is at 60%, the SOC indicators will
shows as follows:
1. The first three SOC indicators (25%, 50% and 75%) will
flash blue light for 1 second, and then turn off for 4
seconds, with a period of 5 seconds.
2. The fourth SOC indicator (100%) will be off.
