4. Pull recoil slowly until resistance is felt. This will close the valves so
moisture cannot enter engine cylinder. Gently release recoil starter.
5. Cover the unit and store in a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Variable: If it is not practical to empty the fuel tank and the unit is to be stored for
some time, use a commercially available fuel stabilizer added to the gasoline to
increase the life of the gasoline. Run the unit for 5-10 minutes, turn off the fuel
valve and allow to run until engine stops from lack of fuel.
NOTE: We suggest the use of recognized brands for the stabilizer, the use of
an improper additive, incorrect or of doubtful quality can generate failures or
breakdowns that will be totally excluded from the warranty.
NOTE: The use of poor or old gasoline may cause generator failure. This
type of damage due to the bad condition of the fuel, are totally excluded from the
warranty system.
NOTE: The stabilizer extends the life of the gasoline temporarily. After the
deadline indicated by the manufacturer, the gasoline cannot be used.
