Ensure area around compressor is free from rags, tools, debris, and

flammable or explosive materials.
Check Oil level
Check Package pre-filter for blockage
Check Air filter indicator condition to ensure air filter operation
Check Beltguards and covers are securely in place
Check Unusual noise and vibration
Check Turn off compressor at the end of each day's operation
Drain Moisture from tank (Do not open drain valve if tank pressure
Check
exceeds 25 psig.)
Clean Dust and foreign matter from components
Clean Intake air filter
Check V-belts for proper alignment and tightness
Replace Petroleum Lubricant Crankcase Oil
Check Connections and hoses for leaks
Tighten Nuts and Screws as required
Compressor valves, replace springs, discs and seats when worn or

damaged.
Check Pressure relief valves to assure proper operation
Replace Synthetic lubricant crankcase oil
Replace Intake air filter element
