    PREPARACIÓN Para comenzar a exprimir deberá seguir los siguientes pasos: Desembale su exprimidora y colóquela sobre una superficie lo más horizontal posible. Asegúrese de que la tensión de la red esté dentro de los márgenes indicados en la etiqueta de identificación de la máquina que encontrará tanto en la portada de este manual como en la propia máquina.

    LIMPIEZA Zumex recomienda limpiar la máquina al menos 1 o 2 veces al día, dependiendo de su uso, para mantener las condiciones de higiene alimentarias. Para una correcta limpieza deberá seguir los siguientes pasos: Estando la máquina parada, desconéctela de la red tirando de la clavija (no tire nunca del cable).

    PREPARATION To start operating the juice extractor, proceed as follows: Remove the appliance from its packaging and place it on a surface that is as horizontal as possible. Check that the electricity voltage is within the limits indicated on the machine characte- ristics label which can be found on the cover of this manual and on the machine itself.
  • Page 31 Normal operating mode: The machine is operating or ready to operate. The following appears on the display: MINEX Ct000000 Orange counter Safety stop mode: The machine has automatically stopped or does not start because one of the 3 elements affecting safe operation is missing (cover, juice container or peel container) or because they are not correctly positioned.
  • Page 32 The last 2 digits of the 4 on the bottom line give information about the status of each of those elements. These digits may have the value “0” or “1”; value “0” indicates that the element in question is correctly position, and “1” indicates that it is missing or not correctly positioned.
  • Page 33 To restart the machine after a safety stop or following an alarm, eliminate the cause (remove jammed oranges,...) and restore the safety elements (cover, juice container or peel container). After doing this, press the ON/OFF button and the machine will start the extraction cycle.
  • Page 34 CLEANING Zumex recommends cleaning the machine at least once or twice a day, depending on how much it is used in order to maintain optimal food hygiene conditions. The following are the steps for correctly cleaning the juice extractor: With the machine stopped, unplug it from the mains by pulling out the pin (not the cable).
  • Page 35 Remove the peel ejector from its holder, unscrew the wheels and dismantle the extraction drums (Fig. 10). Dismantle the peel container and jug (Fig. 11). Dismantle the juice container and its filter, and then dismantle the drip tray (Fig. 12). Dismantle the dispenser with the anti-drip tap as shown in figure A.
  • Page 36 • To replace the blade holder unit, first insert the interior part of it, ensuring that it enters as far as it can go and then insert the clip on the external part (See figure 9). If you find it difficult to replace, the machine might have stopped halfway through a cycle.

    NETTOYAGE Zumex recommande de nettoyer la machine au moins 1 à 2 fois par jour, en fonction de son utilisation, afin de préserver les conditions d’hygiène alimentaire.     Bringen Sie das Zuführrohr am Gerät an. Siehe dazu die Abb. 1. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel des Gerätes mit einer ordnungsgemäß geerdeten Wandsteckdose. Siehe Abb. 2.     REINIGUNG Zumex empfiehlt, die Maschine je nach Einsatz mindestens 1 bis 2 Mal täglich zu reinigen, um die Voraussetzungen für Lebensmittelhygiene zu erfüllen. Für eine korrekte Reinigung führen Sie bitte folgende Schritte aus: Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
  • Page 71 Entnehmen Sie den Entsafterkeil, drehen Sie die Rollen ab und entfernen Sie die Entsaftertrommeln (Abb. 10). Nehmen Sie den Schalenbehälter und den Auffangbehälter ab (Abb. 11). Entnehmen Sie den Saftbehälter und dessen Filter und anschließend das Abtropftablett (Abb. 12). Entfernen Sie den Saftaustritt mit dem tropfgeschützten Austrittshahn, wie in der Abbildung A dargestellt.
